Where we work

From the Axarquía to Marbella

Each area has different trees and different pests. This is what our work looks like in each one.

On the coast

Rincón de la Victoria, Benajarafe, Chilches, Torre del Mar, Caleta de Vélez, Algarrobo Costa, Torrox Costa, Nerja, Maro, Almuñécar and Málaga-Este (El Palo, Pedregalejo, Cerrado de Calderón)

This is where most palms grow: Canary Island date palms, date palms and Washingtonia in gardens, urbanizations and residential communities. Red palm weevil is very common here. We work for private owners and for owners’ associations.

In the mountain villages

Cómpeta, Frigiliana, Torrox, Sayalonga, Canillas de Albaida, Árchez, Salares, Sedella, Canillas de Aceituno

Villas and fincas with palms and pines on the slopes, next to the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama natural park. Besides red palm weevil, we see a lot of pine processionary here. Many owners live abroad, so we send photos and a short report by WhatsApp.

Inland

Vélez-Málaga, La Viñuela, Alcaucín, Periana, Benamocarra, Iznate, Almáchar, Moclinejo, Benamargosa, Arenas

Large gardens and fincas around Vélez-Málaga and La Viñuela lake, with palms, pines, olive and fruit trees. We often combine treatment with garden maintenance.

Málaga and the Costa del Sol

Málaga, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella

We also work in Málaga and along the Costa del Sol, as far as Marbella. There we mainly work for villas, residential communities and businesses with many palms or pines. With a fixed contract we plan the treatments for the whole year.

Do you live outside Spain?

Many of our clients in Cómpeta, Frigiliana and Nerja spend part of the year in the UK or elsewhere. You do not need to be there. Send us photos through the chat or WhatsApp, we come and look, treat the trees and send you photos and a short explanation afterwards.

Do you also come to Cómpeta and Frigiliana?

Yes. We work in every village of the Axarquía, including the mountain villages such as Cómpeta, Frigiliana, Sayalonga and Canillas de Albaida.

What does the first visit cost?

The first visit is free. We look at your palms and trees and give you a price before we start.

When should my palm be treated against red palm weevil?

Three times a year: in spring and autumn with endotherapy and foliar treatment, and in summer with a foliar treatment.

I live abroad. Is that a problem?

No. You do not need to be there. We keep you updated with photos by WhatsApp.

Do you also cover Marbella and the Costa del Sol?

Yes. We work across the province of Málaga, from the Axarquía to Marbella. Outside the Axarquía we agree the visit day in advance and whether there is a travel charge.
